  • Medical information for example but not limited to allergies

  • Sessions that you and your child have attended

How we get and use your information

The personal information that we process is provided directly by you when you sign up to a session/block of sessions. You will be asked for your personal details for the following reasons;

  • Names – So that we can use your name (parent/carer) and your child’s name in sessions
  • Names – So that a fire register can be kept and used in/for each session
  • Child’s age and DOB – So that we can ensure that you have signed up to an age appropriate class
  • Email address, Phone number and Address – To confirm session information. For example the dates of sessions, the coverage/content of sessions. To inform you of any updates/ changes to sessions.
  • Name and Address – So that we can link your session payment to your name and address
  • Medical information and Disabilities – So that sessions can be carefully planned to ensure they are inclusive for all attending and participating

We will also use your preferred method of contact to respond to your requests. For example, your questions or comments.


Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing the information is;

  • We have a vital interest
  • We need it to perform a public task

We may share your data with third party companies who help us in processing the data in hosting the website.
